By accessing autismcommunityservices.com, or by following, messaging, or otherwise interacting with ACS's official pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of these channels.

ACS is a New Jersey-based, DDD-approved provider of direct support, behavioral consultation, and related services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our website and social pages are informational: they describe our services, share staffing availability and community updates, and provide ways to contact us about services, referrals, or employment. They are not a substitute for a formal service agreement, a medical or behavioral assessment, or emergency assistance.

If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. This site and our social pages are not monitored for crisis response.

When interacting with our website or pages, you agree not to:

• Post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates another person's privacy — including sharing another individual's private health or service information without their consent.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, or systems.
• Use our channels to impersonate ACS, our staff, or another person.

We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.

ACS maintains organization/company pages on the platforms below. Each platform is a separate service with its own terms and policies, which apply in addition to ours whenever you interact with us there.

All text, graphics, logos, and video content published by ACS across these channels belong to Autism Community Services, Inc., unless otherwise credited. You may share our public posts as those platforms allow, but you may not reproduce, modify, or use our name, logo, or original content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our website and social content are provided "as is," for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that our pages will always be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or social pages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as our services or the platforms we use change. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
