TRANSITIONAL SPECIALISTS

Autism Community Services prides itself on being one of the first agencies in New Jersey with transitional specialists on staff that are available to help individuals and family members navigate through the transition from educational entitlement to DDD services. Division services are available to individuals who are age 21 or older and meet all other eligibility requirements.
